We are a small business with excellent Customer Service.  We answer all emails that we receive – even if we don’t know the answer, we will tell you that.  We try to describe our items well.  Many are Reproduction Items – not Original GM – which we clearly note in our auctions.  We ship promptly – usually same day but sometimes the next day if payment is received later in the day.  PLEASE BE AWARE – that sometimes when you pay with Paypal through your checking account, they hold your money.  We cannot ship until it is released.  We ship promptly after we receive your money.

SHIPPING CHARGES – we try our best to keep shipping charges down.  Our charges are based on what it costs us to ship certain items.  These charges are very close to exact.  PLEASE NOTE – Please contact us before bidding if you have questions about shipping charges.

FEEDBACK – Feedback is very important to Sellers. If you have a problem with our Customer Service or one of our items, please let us know promptly and we will work with you to clear up the problem.
