THE HOLES ARE ALREADY IN THE LOWER FRAMES TO INSTALL THE LOWER SADDLES. FORD HAS ALREADY PUT THE HOLES IN ALL OF THE 1967-1968 MUSTANGS. SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO DRILL ANY HOLES IF YOU ARE INSTALLING THESE IN A CAR THAT DIDN'T HAVE THEM. THE HOLES ARE ALREADY THERE FOR THE TOP CLAMP ALSO.
