1968-1975 Corvette Convertible Deck Lid

Used Condition

This is a convertible cover / deck lid for a 1968 to 1975 Corvette convertible.

Minor changes occurred over the years as Chevrolet improved the fit and quality of the ride. This deck lid has the front corner locator pins in the 1970 to 1975 lids. Removing these is simple for use on a 1968 or 1969, although I don't think they have to be removed.

There are holes in the front edge for the seat bumpers.

There is also the center hardtop hold down hole for bolting the center of the hardtop.

There is evidence of repair to the bracket for the top rear release. As it is underneath the lid, it is not a noticeable item. Please see the pictures. If you wish, before painting, it could be sanded smooth to match the rest of the underside.

We will gladly combine auctions for a reduced shipping rate. If you are the winner, at auction’s end, please let us know that you are planning to bid on another auction.

We are not a business. We are not making a profit and cannot absorb losses. We try to describe items as honestly and truthfully as we can. Please ask your questions before you bid. Due to past experiences, we need to make the following clear:

Bidding

Serious bidders only please. Due to bad experiences in the past, we cannot accept bids from buyers with 0 feedback unless you contact us by e-mail before placing your bid.

Payment

Payment must be received within 24 hours of auction close or bid will be cancelled unless you contact us before. We understand life and will gladly work with you, but you must communicate.

We require this because eBay immediately charges us fees for the auction whether we have been paid or not.

Shipping

We will combine shipping.

Please provide a street address and phone number if you choose UPS or FedEx. Both require it.

If we offer free shipping, we require a street address and phone number as our cheapest shipping is usually FedEx and Fed Ex will not deliver to a PO Box.

International Bidders

While the eBay shipping calculator says it can send this worldwide, I suspect it can't, or at least not for any reasonable price. We will work with you if you have some shipping arrangements, but we will not falsify customs forms (this isn't a birthday present, sold for 5 cents, etc.).

Refunds

There are no refunds. If we make an exception after the item is shipped to you, we will not refund shipping costs.

Thanks for bidding
