Here we have a pair
of used original vinyl storage bags for T-tops embossed with GM and Fisher Body
logos. I believe these to be correct for C3 Corvette coupe but may have been used with other years and models; please review photos and description to confirm your need. The inside width measures 32”; approximately 16” wide when folded even – could hold a wider panel. Both bags are in decent condition with no ripped seams or major tears; inner flocking is in good shape. Both show wear, small cuts and scattered stains. Design-firm boss Sergio Pininfarina dies after long illness
Tue, 03 Jul 2012Sergio Pininfarina, who ran the famous Italian automotive design company of the same name for 40 years, has died after a long illness. He was 85. Pininfarina had the last word on the company's design projects for almost 50 years.
Peugeot 90X breaks cover
Thu, 04 Nov 2010Once a well kept secret in Peugeots Sport factory in Vélizy, near Paris, Peugeots new 2011, codenamed 90X, has been out and about for its first test at the Monza track. While the 90X complies with the new ACO's 2011 regulations, it still requires some considerable amount of work to be done to be ready for 2011. A curvier windscreen and slight change to the nose but the biggest changes are the new fin leading from the cockpit to the rear spoiler, aimed to offer more down force and avoid flipping in the case of a high speed crash.
