Condition:Remanufactured Brand:Ford

Im selling my 1968 (date code 8K26, Oct, 26th 1968) 428 Cobra Jet engine.  Its been completely rebuilt and never fired, its ready to drop in. The heads are redone as well and are a matching pair, 8J7 and 8J8, although the second one is hard to read as a lot of these CJ heads are.  Its a complete long block set up, oil pan to heads, including the timing cover and dampner and "C" scratch block.

This is available locally as well so I reserve the right to end the auction early.  Ive never shipped something this heavy and bulky so I will do my best to ship it safely and securely for the least amount possible.

I have lots of other FE stuff so please message me and ask for what you are interested in.  Thanks for looking. I am not accepting returns so please bid wisely and make sure this is what you want.  Feel free to ask questions.

Lotus Europa becomes Proton Lekir

Tue, 07 Dec 2010

The Lotus Europa-based Proton Lekir Concept Lotus tried to make the 2006 Lotus Europa fulfil the same role in its lineup the original Lotus Europa did in the sixties – a bigger version of the main range. In the ’60s it worked – to a degree – but the 21st century iteration of the Europa was not a huge success. The trouble with the Europa was that buyers seemed to perceive it as what it was – a stop-gap before the Lotus Evora arrived.
