Pulled in the mid 80's , no tag as to whether we tested this or not. To be safe lets assume this is a parts unit. It appears complete...all functions seem to operate fine..the vacuum diaphram thingie is good, no broken ports......it may be good or provide parts to repair yours. It is DUSTY....you can clean it :) AS IS! Thanks for looking as I still wade through tons of 69-70 parts.
