This is a factory original 1969 and 1970 Mustang RH (passenger side) front inner bumper bracket. This bracket was glass beaded and painted black. It has a few pit marks where it bolted to the frame but is otherwise like new. Perfect for replacing a RH front inner bumper bracket with a Ford original. In fact, you can pick up a very decent E-Type in good condition for as little as £50k, and even E-Types that have been fully restored and with low mileage don’t often break the £100k barrier. So why has this tatty 1961 flat-floor E-Type sold for £119,020 at Bonhams auction at the RAF Museum in Hendon?
Shelby American adds SCCA-ready version to the GT350 Mustang mix
Wed, 05 May 2010Enthusiasts who want to take the new GT350 Mustang racing in Sports Car Club of America events are getting some help from Shelby American. The Las Vegas-based company, which upfits the 2011 Ford Mustang GT to create the GT350 Mustang, will add a normally aspirated version to the lineup. When Shelby American first announced the GT350 program in January, it centered on a supercharged version of Ford's new 5.0-liter V8 that would make about 500 hp.
