EXTREMELY NICE used set of genuine factory hood locks from a ram air Mach1.
Everything you need for a 1970 model, or use the included lower brackets and install on a 71-73. Really, really nice, original locks. Beautiful chrome, as close to new as a used part can be.

These have the Ford numbers cast on the underside, unlike the reproduction parts.

No disappointments with these!

All hardware is there except for the 71-73 lower bracket bolts.

Jaguar XKR-S GT to cost £135k (2013)

Jaguar has caved in to customer demand for its hardcore XKR-S GT model, and has announced it’ll sell ten right-hand drive examples to UK customers. The confirmation follows a commitment to allocate 25 to the USA and five to Canada earlier in 2013. How much will I have to pay to put a Jaguar XFR-S GT on my UK driveway?

Aston Martin will return to Le Sarthe to defend its GT1 crown and this time the cars – numbered 007 and 009 – will be in Gulf Oil colours. The evocative orange and eggshell blue DBRS9s will compete 40 years after a Gulf-liveried car first won Le Mans.

With an ear-splitting V8 roar, Ford unveiled a 50-edition run of the Cobra Jet Mustang, and the F-150 SVT Raptor, a go-anywhere extreme version of the pick-up, which will bounce across sand dunes in the Baja California race later this month before going on sale next year. But tucked away in a corner was a less environmentally destructive F-150, shaped by British engineering firm PML.
