1970 426 hemi engine. this an original 1970 426 hemi ,all machine work completed, disassembled for your inspection. all parts are either new in there perspective boxes or reconditioned. the block is bored 20 thousandths over sized, the deck has been squared, rods resized and rebushed with new arp rod bolts installed, block also lined bored to assure proper crankshaft alignment, new cam bearings installed, bronze bushing installed for distributer drive gear, and brass soft plugs. the heads are 1966 vintage and are virgin uncut heads with 5 angle valve job and gasket ported. The spring height has been set for the camshaft supplied. the parts list consists of the following; pistons are .020 oversized and are hypereutectic, rods have had new bronze bushings installed and been resized to assure that all are proper length, new arp rod bolts installed. rings are sealed power and have been file fitted to the block and specs. cam shaft is racer brown hydraulic "special grind"(cheater cam) with correct lifters and springs. Push rods are direct connection, new old stock oil pick-up tube, bronze distributer drive gear. melling oil high volume oil pump, complete arp head and stud bolts, complete engine bolt kit, correctly dated intake and the correct carburetors for 1970 426 hemi with 4 speed application. water pump and timing cover as well as original damper. Also included are throttle bracket, return spring bracket throttle return springs, coil bracket and throttle linkage and a complete velpro gasket kit. Up until now these auto-brake features have not been rated, but ahead of a new 2014 test that will include AEB systems in its overall safety star scoring, Euro NCAP has put the some of the vehicles already equipped with this technology through their paces.
