This is the adapter that connects from the heater a/c box to the driver side a/c duct.
There is one broken piece where it screws in. It is still functional and the broken piece will not be seen when installed.
Better than nothing and priced to sell!

GM to launch Chevrolet van in global markets
Wed, 30 Jun 2010Chevrolet plans to launch a family van soon in several global regions, GM Vice Chairman Tom Stephens said Tuesday in showing analysts GM's future product plans. General Motors will base the van on its global compact-car architecture, said Stephens, who heads product development. This is a 16% rise in the cost of damage to cars on the UK’s roads and the weather has played a major part in the rise in the number of potholes. Councils say they don’t have the money to deal with the problem due to budget cuts and there has also been an 18% increase in the number of dangerous potholes reported during the past 12 months according to the Asphalt Industry Alliance (AIA).
