-I have for sale an original Unrestored windshield wiper motor that was removed from a 1972 Corvette. This motor is 100% untouched and retains its original date label which reads 293 1 or the 293rd day of 1971. The GM part number for this motor is 5044780. This was a working motor when removed, but may need to be rebuilt due to its age.

Regular readers will know the Neiman Marcus Christmas car is a special edition car offered each year and customised to make it unique – and more expensive. Last year’s Neimen Marcus car was the McLaren 12C Spider (and the year before the Ferrari FF) and this year Neiman Marcus has stuck with the Brit offering and have the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante as their car of choice for Christmas 2013.
LA Motor Show: Subaru WRX gets downsized engine

The latest edition of the performance saloon may not be coming to the UK at all, but Subaru has finally given the 268bhp machine the go-ahead for Japan and North America. A new 2.0-litre ‘boxer’ engine carries on the brand’s tradition, bringing with it the same low centre of gravity as the old 2.5-litre unit but with greater environmental credentials.
