After graduating from Art Center with a degree in transportation design, Townsend interned for Toyota but soon moved to Motorola, where he developed wearable Bluetooth technology and designed the familiar headsets worn by coaches in the NFL.

But it now looks like Land Rover are planning to get the 2014 Range Rover Sport in the public eye at the 2013 New York Auto Show instead.
