This is an original steering wheel from a 1972 DeTomaso Pantera. This steering wheel was used on all DeTomaso Panteras beginning in 1971 and includes the lower vinyl tube cover. The leather covering is badly worn which you can see in the 3rd picture. You may be able to restore the original leather covering or replace it with a customs leather cover.
