Up for sale is an original 1973 Camaro Z-28 distributor. This is GM part# 1112148 and is dated 3E17. This is original in every way as it has never been restamped or altered. The original vacuum advance is in working condition as well. It even retains most of the light blue marking paint. The distributor spins freely with no issues to be seen. The lead wire attaching to the coil has been spliced and will need some attention. So if you are missing the original distributor for your 73 Z-28 this is a must for you!!!

Toyota makes service plans standard

Toyota Motor Corp., aiming to restore customer trust after a recall crisis, is launching two new U.S. service plans that will come standard with Toyota and Scion brand vehicles. Called Toyota Care and Scion Service Boost, the plans will offer free factory scheduled maintenance and 24-hour roadside assistance for two years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first, the company said Wednesday.

The final leg of our cross-country Corvette trip took us from Detroit to Charlevoix, Mich. -- about 45 minutes north of our birthplace, Traverse City. Aside from the drivers on I-75 in metro Detroit -- who may be the worst in the world -- and the still-intermittent audio system, the ride was pretty uneventful.

It went on to spawn the legendary Citroen SM – a Maserati powered ‘Supercar’ – and its place in Citroen’s history is assured as the most significant model produced by the French manufacturer (together with the 2CV, at the other end of the cost scale). Citroen SM Supercar - Spawned from the legendary Citroen DS So it seemed like good news when we heard that Citroen was to revive the DS marque. But sadly, it doesn’t seem so.
