1976-81 Camaro Lower Dash Panel / Radio Housing Glove Box Opening on 2040-parts.com

Condition:Used Warranty:No

For Sale is a lower dash portion that houses the radio, glove box, and right hand vent. It was taken from a 1979 Camaro, but should fit all 1970-81 Camaros. It is correct for only the 1976-81 Camaros, however, as it features a different distance between radio knobs ( 5  3/4  inches ) from center of knob to center of other knob. This housing is in exceptional shape and features an uncut radio opening for those of you who want to restore your Camaro with the factory radio. The only compromise I see is to the far left hand screw mount. It shows some stress cracks from over tightening. It does not seem to be broken , though. This can be repaired by using a wood burning craft pencil and gently melting the cracks back together. The repair will be covered by the steering column plate which overlaps this mounting location. I have done this with success on my own $40,000 restoration. New replacements are incorrect for 1976-81 Camaros, although they will fit, but cost about $155.00. Porsche Panamera Diesel- it’s official

Mon, 02 May 2011

Porsche Panamera Diesel - a frugal Panamera offering The headline sounds as if there might have been doubts that we would get a Porsche Panamera Diesel before too long. But, despite the general perception that ‘Diesel Porsche’ should be an oxymoron, a Panamera diesel was always going to happen, as Porsche confirmed in November. It was always going to happen because – in the real world – it probably makes more sense than any of its petrol powered siblings for most potential buyers.

BMW Concept 6 Series Coupe

Sun, 19 Sep 2010

The BMW Concept 6 Series Coupe appears to be a thinly-veiled version of the upcoming production version, due next year. Like the current model, it retains a 2+2 coupe layout and while its exterior styling may not be as shocking as its predecessor's on its unveiling in 2003, it marks an evolution of the current BMW language. Its face has a subtly evolved kidney grille and more drawn-back headlamps.
