Also overseas (out of the U.S.) bidders it is a lot more. The least expensive shipping out of the U.S. is First Class Mail which is now a minimum of $16.77 to Canada and minimum $23.21 almost everywhere else (England, Australia, Sweden, etc.) Make sure you check (click on) the eBay "shipping and payment" calculator on this auction to see what the shipping will be to your Country.

When leaving Feedback on eBays "DSR" (Detailed Seller Ratings) 5 Star Rating System, in the Shipping and Handling charges spot, please take into account the cost of packing material, boxes, tape, fuel costs, and time it takes to mail a package. Also all the eBay and PayPal fees. Thank You.

*******NOTE: FOR SHIPPING OUT OF THE U.S. BIDDERS*******

If you are the winning bidder and need the item shipped out of the U.S. there is an additional $1.00 (for items under $100.00) to $1.60 (for items up to $200.00) added to your standard shipping total invoice for INSURANCE, sorry for this but it is the only way PayPal/eBay will guarantee the item if it gets lost for "Proof of Delivery". Complain to eBay/PayPal, and maybe we can get this changed.

International buyers, please keep in mind when leaving the eBay detailed seller rating (DSR) that I ship every item that has been paid for, the next Day after end of Auction (Except Weekends). The USPS states on their web site, it takes 10 to 14 business days for delivery of International First Class Mail packages (this includes Canada). It is totally out of my hands the delivery time frame for U.S. Mail.

I also have no control over any Customs delays at any given country. All customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund minus shipping and eBay fees. Please contact me if you have a problem...Paypal payments are OK. Note your winning auction item will be mailed to your PayPal Address unless you tell me otherwise. I pack all items well, insured or not. THANK YOU FOR YOUR BID.

CAP call on Renault to include battery in Zoe price – when it would cost £25k

Fri, 05 Apr 2013

CAP has called on Renault to include the battery cost in the list price of the Renault Zoe EV, otherwise it won’t be able to set residual values. We reported recently on the price of the Renault Zoe EV – which starts at £18k – and were surprised to find that Renault weren’t including battery costs in the purchase price but charging and extra £70-93 a month for leasing them. That leads to a completely misleading headline price for the Zoe and, as used car price experts CAP say, is akin to Ford removing the engine costs from their cars to reduce list price.

New Audi e-Tron at Detroit – the ‘Compact’ e-Tron

Mon, 11 Jan 2010

Audi has revealed a compact version of the e-Tron at the Detroit Motor Show Audi brought along the first Audi e-Tron to the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. Looking like an electric version of the Audi R8, it managed to steal some of the thunder from BMW’s Vision ED concept . Most notable was the stratospheric torque figures Audi quoted, which ultimately turned out to be somewhat disingenuous.

Volvo DRIVe diesels get automatic gearbox Volvo has announced that they are offering their S60, V60, V70 & S80 DRIVe Diesels with an auto ‘box option, with the same emissions and economy as manual cars. There was a time, not very long ago, when seekers of economical cars had to wear a very hairy shirt to achieve silly mpg. That meant giving up any semblance of comfort, size or luxury in your transport, and an automatic gearbox was a definite no-no.
