Beautiful, RARE, NOS (New Old Stock) 1977 Grand Prix hood/header ornament complete on a very nice used header panel trim base. This is an OEM GM part that has been safely stored away for years....show car ready! This large ornament was specific to '77 only, but will fit '76 as well if you prefer it over the small ornament...the bases are the same. ***Again, the ornament itself is NOS. RM classic-car auction in Detroit rakes in more than $2.5 million

Two of General Motors' finest convertibles from half a century ago were the top sellers at the RM auction last weekend in suburban Detroit. A 1958 Pontiac Parisienne droptop sold for $104,500, and a 1960 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz went for $82,500 at the annual classic-car event, April 24-25 in Novi, Mich. Prices include a buyers premium.

Aspid tease Aspid (which were IFR Aspid) – Spanish sports car maker – is teasing a new sports car to be revealed in the next few weeks. Aspid is a Spanish maker of sports cars responsible for the rather retro – at least in styling – SuperSport model. We caught up with the Aspid SuperSport at Salon Prive a couple of years ago, and we were impressed by a Caterham-style car offering very high levels of fit and finish and a remarkable 0-62mph in under 3 seconds.
