Hyundai ix35 FCEV Hydrogen Fuel Cell in production by end 2012
Fri, 17 Aug 2012Hyundai will have its hydrogen powered ix35 FCEV in production by the end of 2012 with full production by 2015. We’ve spotted the Hyundai ix35 FCEV (that’s the hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle) out in South Korea sporting a new nose a couple of times recently, which apparently doesn’t signal a facelift for the ix35. What it does signal is Hyundai’s commitment to the hydrogen fuel cell as the most sensible fuel for cars in the future and to remove our dependency on oil, and Hyundai has been out promoting that message in London.

Today, Bentley has released a new teaser video to go with yesterday's silhouette sketch, and we've also got the latest spy shots of the Flying Spur testing in Spain. Bentley's 2013 Continental Flying Spur With Bentley set to make a further announcement on 20 February, we're expecting to see the Flying Spur make its debut at the 2013 Geneva motor show in March. Powertrains will be shared with the Continental GT coupe: that means a 6.0-litre bi-turbo W12 in the flagship car, and for the first time in a Flying Spur, Bentley's new 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8.

Wed, 18 Aug 2010The Jaguar XJ Sentinel - the armoured version - will launch at Moscow this month Sentinel: One who keeps guard. An appropriate name for an armoured Jaguar XJ, although it reminds me of junk mail plopping on the mat from a company desperate to offer me protection for my credit cards and keys. But that’s probably just me.
