"Free shipping" applies only to the contiguous 48 States. Many small items will also ship "free" to HI, AK, and PR. Please inquire if there is any doubt. In no case will "free shipping" apply to international orders or to large/heavy items going to HI/AK/PR.
I use USPS nearly exclusively for shipping, as they have the best prices and service. UPS and FedEx service are not available at this time.
