Kia Niro Concept points to a Kia Nissan Juke rival
Thu, 29 Aug 2013The Kia Niro Concept (pictured) debuts at Frankfurt as a pointer to a new compact SUV Earlier this month we had a teaser from Kia for a new compact urban SUV heading for a debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and here its is – the Kia Niro Concept. Kia has obviously been careful with its concept naming this time after the storm in a teacup response to the Kia Provo last year, with a name that shouts ‘Famous Actor’ rather than ‘Famous Terrorist’. Sensible move.
Skoda Superb (2008): first official pictures
Wed, 09 Jan 2008By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 09 January 2008 10:58 Skoda’s biggest car – the Superb – will be replaced in autumn 2008. The new Superb is unveiled today ahead of its show debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March – and it’s received a welcome dose of style over today’s taxi-special that majors on a vast, echoing interior over any recognisable form of chic. The new Superb is even bigger than the current model; this one is 4838mm long and 1783mm wide, but it’s slightly lower than before for a sleeker, lower look.
VW T-Roc concept (2014) first official pictures
Thu, 27 Feb 2014By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 27 February 2014 23:01 This is the VW T-Roc, and you only need to take one look at the design sketches to see where that streetwise name has sprung up from. This chopped-roof, three-door crossover is part mini-Tiguan, part high-riding Scirocco coupe. Not so fast.
