1986  HONDA AERO 50 NB50- speedometer cable very good condition. Moves freely. Scooter was starting and running good just before part out.    I attempted to describe the item for sale to the best of my ability. Poll finds electric car 'confusion'

CONSUMER confusion is the main reason why electric car sales have failed to spark, according to a survey of motorists. Lack of understanding about the practicalities of electric cars is deepest among those keen to buy one, the survey by market research company GfK Automotive found. Just 8% of the 3,161 motorists polled said they would definitely or probably buy an electric car at some stage.

The Conservatives have published figures proving that the number of speeding fines has leaped from 712,753 in 1997 to 1,773,412 in 2006. The shocking stats include fines given to motorists caught on camera as well as those stopped at the roadside by traffic police.
