Once we receive the return it will be inspected and a resolution will be determined. If the inspection determines that the part is defective or not the correct item, we will exchange it if another part is available or refund you if we do not have more of that item. If our inspection determines that the part has been altered or damaged in any way by the customer there will be no possibility of refund. Damage resulting from mishandling, attempted installation, and inadequate return packaging all apply.
