These are a complete set of 1991 Mazda Miata hard plastic mud guards. They have all the clips and bolts needed to mount. I just put on wheel flares and they don't fit anymore. They are in really great shape.

But Detroit's automakers--helped by Ford Motor Co. and some of the smoothest new-model launches ever--have matched or surpassed Asian and European rivals in initial vehicle quality for the first time, based on the closely watched J.D.

After all, it’s not every year that two out of three national car makers go bankrupt. The survivor, Ford, unsurprisingly looked the most confident at this year’s show, never mind that its star car was about as hometown as Bauhaus and bratwurst.
