Range Rover Sport ploughs into basement flat
Tue, 25 Mar 2014This supercharged Range Rover Sport found itself stuck between a brick and a hard place when it crashed into a basement flat in Fitzrovia, central London. The driver, who was unhurt in this week's accident, unintentionally tested the Range Rover's off-road credentials in a freak incident, which left the 2.5-tonne SUV stuck between a house wall and some railings in the posh London street. Mitsubishi plans ‘Colt-successor' for the United States around 2012
Thu, 03 Dec 2009Mitsubishi plans to bring a global small car to the United States sometime around 2012. It would be the successor to the Colt small car currently sold in Europe and Asia. The new car would be all-new, and the name has not been decided yet, a spokesman said, referring to it as the “Colt-successor.” “There's obviously a need for a very small car,” Mitsubishi spokesman Moe Durand said.
Extreme sports safety kit to inspire Volvo technologies

The firm has announced a partnership with POC, another Swedish company, which designs lightweight, strong and high-tech safety equipment for climbers, snowboarders, mountain bikers and other extreme sports fanatics. The initial focus will be on the relationship between cars and cyclists, with the specific aim of developing a one-way method of communicating that the driver has seen the cyclist.
