Your choice of red or black calipers

Combination hydro-mechanical Parking Brake calipers use hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder for stopping power, and an internal mechanical lock within the caliper for a parking brake.

CPB kits are built primarily for front wheel drive vehicles, and select rear wheel drive axles that are not well suited for internal shoe style parking brakes.

The calipers are coupled with oversized two-piece rotor assemblies with aluminum hats and high friction BP-10 compound pads. CPB kits provide the correct balanced brake performance and matching style to compliment front big brake upgrade kits.

BMW 2 Series Coupe revealed: stylish new looks for 1 Series successor

Fri, 25 Oct 2013

BMW has revealed the new 2 Series Coupe range – the stylish successor to the rather awkward-looking BMW 1 Series. If only that car had looked like this all along… Set to go on sale in March 2014 with prices starting from £25,040, the new 2 Series Coupe carries on the trend set by the recent new BMW 4 Series Coupe: it’s odd numbers for the mainstream range and even numbers for their sportier derivatives. As the name suggests, though, it’s more than just a 1 Series with a new set of clothes.

Passengers are the biggest distraction

THE BIGGEST DISTRACTION for drivers is other people in the car. Adult passengers are the most distracting, with 18% of drivers saying they have had a near miss or crashed because of their attention being drawn away by someone else in the car. A survey by the AA found adjusting the radio was the second biggest distraction, with 16% of drivers admitting they had narrowly avoided a collision or been in a crash while fiddling with the radio.

Lexus sales up but Toyota's profits tumble

Wed, 13 Aug 2008

By Ben Whitworth Motor Industry 13 August 2008 13:25 With spiralling fuel prices, luxury off-roaders may be seen as the devil on wheels in the UK’s current cash-strapped economic climate – which would explain why last month saw a sharp drop in SUV sales at BMW, Audi and Mercedes. But not at Lexus. July 2008 sales of the company’s RX400h hybrid off-roader climbed 28 percent over the same period last year, rising from 223 to 285.
