STARTER IS IN GREAT SHAPE. NOT DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. HANDLE ISN'T CRACKED OR BROKEN. THIS RECOIL STARTER WORKED GREAT BEFORE IT WAS REMOVED. ITEM IS SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
