Thu, 18 Aug 2011

A diesel M5 - the BMW M550d, perhaps? We’ve been reporting on BMW’s triple-turbo diesel engine since we broke the news back in 2009 that BMW could be working on a triple turbo option for their 3.0 litre diesel, designed to create an ‘M Diesel’. Aston Martin V12 Zagato confirmed for limited production

Sat, 02 Jul 2011

Aston Martin V12 Zagato confirmed for production It didn’t take a genius to work out that the Aston Martin V12 Zagato would not just be incarnated as the Zig and Zag cars for the Nurburgring, but as a proper production car. Not a production car in the true sense, but a limited edition car much like the Aston Martin Zagato’s gone by. In fact we reported some time ago that we expected the V12 Zagato to start a limited production run of either 89 or 99 cars as soon as the Aston Martin One-77 ends production, and that the target price would be in the £300-350k range.

Vauxhall Zafira (2008): first official pictures

Fri, 15 Feb 2008

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 15 February 2008 15:14 Vauxhall is about to give its Zafira MPV – Britain’s best-selling people carrier – a spruce-up. The facelifted model arrives in time for the new March 2008 ‘08’ number plate, but buyers will be hard pressed to notice the changes: new chrome detailing on the grille, different foglight surrounds, and redesigned lights front and rear give the game away. Other changes include curtain airbags made standard on all models and… actually, there’s not much else new.
