New Lamborghini Gallardo teased (video)
Tue, 25 Sep 2012A new Lamborghini Gallardo is being teased on video ahead of a debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Lamborghini made a promise that it would bring a new car to every major motor show, and the 2012 Paris Motor Show is most definitely a ‘major’ motor show. So we’ve been looking out for what Lamborghini were going to do for Paris 2012, and we were hoping it might be something really special, like the much anticipated hypercar to take on the new Ferrari F70 (which we originally thought would be the Urus until Lamborghini used that for their SUV).
Hyundai ix35 FCEV Hydrogen Fuel Cell heading for Copenhagen
Tue, 25 Sep 2012Hyundai has announced that the Municipality of Copenhagen is taking delivery of 15 Hyundai ix35 FCEV as Hyundai roll out the FCEV. We recently reported that Hyundai are planning to have the hydrogen fuel cell powered ix35 – the ix35 FCEV – commercially available by the end of 2012, and that’s on track with the news that Copenhagen is taking fifteen ix35 FCEVs for its fleet. The decision by Copenhagen to take a small fleet of ix35 FCEVs is part of their quest to have a CO2-free city by 2015 (we assume that means all plant life will end), but the important thing is that running hydrogen cell cars round city roads will get rid of NOx and particulates – which is what really matters.
New BMW 760i sneaks out in Europe
Thu, 09 Apr 2009BMW 760i in standard and long wheelbase versions has been announced. With the New York Motor Show going on across the pond, all eyes are on the Big Apple for the latest car news, but BMW has chosen today to launch what appears to be a car that won’t be going to the USA – The BMW 760i. Many of us wondered if BMW would give up on their V12 now the world is turning against seemingly profligate cars.
