These engine cases came out of a Freshwater 1995 Seadoo GTX with the 657 X Engine. These cases are in excellent working condition. These cases have No Cracks , Breaks, or Repairs of any kind. There are some marks in one cylinder where 1 of the rod bearings went bad and the rod started to rub the case as seen in the pictures. The marks are not deep at all and will Not cause any problems. Mandelson to announce help for car makers
Tue, 27 Jan 2009Lord Mandelson is the man charged with finding ways to fund UK Car purchases (yes, he of the dodgy mortgage debacle – at least he should know a few tricks!) as the credit crunch has dried up funding, leading to an unprecedented drop in new car sales in the UK. Mandelson is due to make a statement in the Lords just after 3pm today, outlining the help the government is going to offer to ailing car makers. Central to this package is expected to be a funding channel directly from the Bank of England to inject liquidity in to the car financing sector.
Volkswagen creates R division for sporty cars
Wed, 17 Mar 2010Volkswagen is officially creating a company to develop sporty cars; it will be called Volkswagen R GmbH. This may sound familiar--VW already calls some of its specialty cars Rs--and now it's bundling sales and development all into one unit. VW has the Scirocco R and the Golf R for cars, as well as the dynamic R Line of design trims.
Who's Where: Gerry McGovern to head Land Rover design
Wed, 16 Aug 2006Land Rover has announced that Gerry McGovern will take over as Design Director for all Land Rover design with immediate effect. Current Design Director, Geoff Upex, is to retire from the company at the end of 2006 after 23 years service and, to ensure a smooth handover, will continue to play a key role in the launch of new products including the all-new Freelander2/LR2 over the coming months. Gerry McGovern has been Director, Advanced Design, Land Rover, since 2004 and has spent the majority of his career with Land Rover and Rover Group in UK, apart from a short period with Lincoln-Mercury in the USA.
