The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.

Payment Methods

Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, All funds must be in US dollars only. E-mail for more information.

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $100 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. NO PAYPAL FULL PAYMENT ONLY DEPOSIT.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact seller within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Public 'right behind' 20mph urban speed limits

NEARLY 80% of people think 20mph speed limits should be the norm around schools, in residential streets and in village, town and city centres, according to a survey. More than four in five people think traffic travels too fast on local roads, the poll by road safety charity Brake and Allianz Insurance found. Of the 1,000 people surveyed, 78% backed the 20mph campaign run by Brake, with 72% saying roads in their town or village need to be made safer for walking.
