Bayliner Hatch
It came off of a 1996 26" Bayliner.  It was on the inside of the transom wall.  
It can be used as floor piece or whatever you want.
Its in great condition. It comes with the aluminum frame.
The latches are nice and are spring loaded.  
The rubber lining is in good condition too.
I put the dimensions in the second picture.
All around nice hatch.

Infiniti EX35

The EX35 is a slightly smaller and more mainstream SUV than its FX bigger brother from which it takes its core 'coupe SUV' theme.  Despite the coupe design references, the vehicle is similar proportionally to the Lexus RX300 and BMW X3 which it will compete with in the US - and also in Europe when the Infiniti brand debuts next year.  Little different to the Infiniti EX concept shown in New York, the EX35 uses the core Infiniti graphic design signatures and soft form language but introduces a new flowing side feature line not seen on the Infiniti G37 Coupe launched a few months ago. Interesting technical innovations include the 'Around View Monitor' that uses four cameras to give a 'top-down view' of the outside of the car, and 'Scratch Shield' - a new self-healing clearcoat paint. California car dealer buys cache of Ferraris

A collection of 21 Ferraris has changed hands, and it's headed for the United States. Car collector Tom Price, owner of Price Family Dealerships in Marin County, Calif., bought 21 classic Ferraris. The collection hit the market last year as Dutch vehicle-distributor Kroymans entered into bankruptcy.

Toyota recalls more than 30,000 Prius hybrids in UK

Toyota Toyota is recalling 1.9 million Prius models worldwide as it seeks to correct a software fault in the control system for the hybrid drive system. That’s more than half the total number of Prius cars produced since the hybrid was introduced in 1997. The recall affects the current, third-generation Prius, which has been in production since March 2009.
