This is an original remote keyless entry produced by the factory.  It works on the 1997-1998 CHEVY SILVERADO and GMC SIERRA,  all models with factory remote keyless entry.  

This remote can be programmed to your vehicle by you.  For instructions, go to your favorite search engine and put in keywords like "program....your....remote" and you will find them.

The numbers on the back of the remote are:

Each remote is tested at least twice with our Kent Moore tester to insure that it does indeed work 100%.
