Mercedes CL63 AMG & CL65 AMG 2011 leak out
Thu, 08 Jul 2010The 2010 / 2011 Mercedes CL65 AMG We had the first picture of the 2011 Mercedes CL AMG a few weeks back, which prompted Mercedes to get their act together on the 2010 / 2011 CL Facelift details and ship those out to us ahead of the offficial debut at Goodwood last weekend. But what Mercedes didn’t send us were photos of the CL63 AMG or the CL65 AMG. And they said that both AMG models would be available by special order.
Caterham Supersport R extends Caterham 7 range
Sat, 10 Nov 2012Caterham has added the Supersport R to its range of ’7′ models with a 2.0 litre Duratec Ford engine delivering 180bhp. In the meantime, Caterham’s core road car business is the old Lotus 7 range of Caterhams, so it makes sense to keep that more appealing and relevant until new cars start to arrive, so we get the Caterham Supersport R as an addition to the range to slot in between the Supersport and the Superlight models. The Supersport R gets a Ford Duratec 2.0 litre engine which produces 180bhp, which doesn’t sound a huge amount, but when you consider the Supersport R weighs in at just 535kg it starts to look plenty.
2013 Range Rover to start at £100k – first deliveries October 2012
Wed, 07 Mar 2012Probably not the 2013 Range Rover The 2013 Range Rover – which we’d expected at Geneva 2012 – will cost from £100,000 with first UK deliveries in October. We’re still a bit surprised that the new Range Rover didn’t debut at the Geneva Motor Show this week. After all, it’s ready to show and Land Rover are already taking orders.
