We are a family owned cycle salvage yard located in NORTH TEXAS. We pride ourselves on selling quality used parts. We try our best to inspect each part to ensure that when you get it, it bolts up and functions as it should. With that said, we are human, and sometimes we miss things. While rare, it does happen. 

If for any reason you are not happy or there is an issue with the item, please write us a POLITE email stating the issue, or call our shop. We guarantee we will fix the issue.

If you do receive your item and there is a problem with it, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, we ask that you do this prior to leaving feedback, or opening a case. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with our service.

We reserve the right to end, change or update listings as our listing department sees fit. Our system is continuously updating listings and adding new items. Our office has the right to accept, decline, or counter offer at their sole discretion, dependent upon comparable items and pricing.

     RETURNS: 

In the event that you are not satisfied with the item purchased we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date bought. 

You will be refunded the cost of the item, minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

In the event of an item is being returned to us on the account of the buyer, the buyer is fiscally responsible for the return fees and handling for shipping the item back. This includes the return shipping and handling fees, and all other monetary expenses. 

Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please allow 24-48 hours for the return process, and up to one week for funds to be fully be returned to you dependent upon the financial institution. 

RTS is not a proper way for return or guaranteed.

SHIPMENT:

We ship and expedite our packages as quickly as possible, in most cases less than 24 hours once payment is received and cleared. We strive to package and send your item as quick as possible with pride.

We will only ship to the address confirmed by Paypal/eBay.

Please ensure your address is correct before buying. 

 (Our couriers come for pickup in the morning, anything purchased after this time will be shipped next business day-in most cases)

 Once the item leaves our facility and is admitted to our selected couriers, delivery time may vary-therefore we cannot guarantee shipping time. 

In the event that a package may take longer (weather, holidays, weekends,etc). We ask you to take these circumstances into account.

There will be an additional shipping charge fee for HI, AK, APO/PPO, PR & VI outside of the 48 states. Any additional fees incurred upon arrival to state or province are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay.
