We must have your core or Warranty is reduced to 1 year.

We will repair if possible or if cost and availability allows we may decide to replace a unit if it has failed. If we decide it is feasible to replace the unit we may pass on a charge for the replacement unit. In any case it’s at our discretion based on a prorated value formula. These units are in some cases impossible to find and very expensive to replace.

All shipping charges to and from us must be paid for by warranty owner.

IF CORE IS NOT RETURNED IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OR IF CORE IS DEEMED UN-REBUILDABLE A CORE CHARGE MAY BE CHARGED FOR REPLACEMENT. If a core deposit was given it will be used to replace the bad core and you will not get a core refund. If a core charge is not paid your warranty is void.

INSTALLING: IF YOU ARE NOT A MECHANIC DO NOT INSTALL YOUR OWN UNIT! GET OR FIND A MECHANIC WHO IS EXPERIENCED IN REPLACING ECM OR AUTO COMPUTERS AND KNOWS WHAT HE OR SHE IS DOING!

IF YOU HAVE A SHORT IN THE CAR OR LOOSE WIRES SOME PLACE AND IT BURNS OUT YOUR ECM THIS WARRANTY IS VOIDED!!! WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT NORMAL WEAR ON THESE UNITS!!

IF YOUR COMPUTER IS NOT WORKING OR NOT WORKING RIGHT WE MAY ASK YOU TO SHIP IT BACK TO US WITH PROOF OF OWNERSHIP OF THE CAR... AT THAT TIME ONLY WILL WE BE ABLE TO CHECK AND POSSIBLY REPAIR THE PROBLEM! IF WE CHECK IT AND IT SHOWS MAJOR DAMAGE IT IS A SIGN YOU HAVE A SHORT IN THE CAR AND AT THAT POINT YOUR WARRANTY IS VOID!

IF THE SEAL IS BROKEN AND YOU HAVE ENTERED THE ECM BOX OR THE UNIT IS A SEALED WATER TIGHT BOX AND WATER HAS MADE THE WARRANTY SEAL INK SMEAR OR RUN. THAT IS A SIGN THAT THE ECM HAS GOTTEN WET. IN EITHER CASE YOUR WARRANTY IS VOIDED! UNLESS IT IS A JELL FILLED BOX LIKE ARE FOUND IN JEEPS. UNLESS THE CONNECTOR HAS GOTTEN WET AND THE WATER HAS CAUSED A SHORT. IN ANY CASE IF WATER LEAKAGE HAS CAUSED THE COMPUTER TO BE DAMAGED WE CAN NOT WARRANTY THE UNIT.

IN THE EVENT YOUR WARRANTY HAS BEEN VOIDED!

YOU CAN NOT RETURN THE UNIT FOR A REFUND!

IT IS NOT OUR FAULT IF YOU INSTALLED THE COMPUTER WRONG AND BURNED IT OUT OR HAD A REMAINING SHORT AND THE SHORT BURNED IT OUT, WE TOLD YOU HERE TO GET A MECHANIC!!
