Here is a Ignition and Keys for a 1999 Buick Riviera without the transponder chip, Unknown if it will fit other model Buicks but it came from a Riviera and should have no issues for that model and year. Some car ignition systems use the transponder chips in the keys. These keys don't have that chip. There is a way to disable that feature and Any knowledgeable locksmith should have the no how to accomplish that task if that's your desire. I have had that done with a 1994 Cadillac Seville i've owned, i only had one key and one day at a shopping parking lot the key will turn and no start the transponder chip was stopped working. Went to a locksmith with the key he tested it said it was worn out the frequency wasn't working. Locksmith changed system to work without transponder keys, that was Awesome! Just plain keys with no chip.  Any questions feel free to ask. Thanks
