For sale is a 1999 yamaha 150 outboard efi engine. This engine has been rebuilt with new rings, bearings and seals by a reputable marine dealer. The engine currently has 2 hours since rebuild and runs well. All cylinders have good compression of 120 psi and the gear case shifts in and out of gear without any problems. A new water pump and spark plugs have been installed, the gear oil has also been changed. Motor comes with prop only and no rigging. Honda Accord hybrid unintended-acceleration claim under review

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has opened a preliminary investigation into whether some Honda hybrid vehicles are prone to unintended acceleration. The federal auto safety regulator said Monday it had agreed to look into a complaint stemming from a fatal July 2005 crash. The driver of a 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid said she was driving over rumble strips on the side of a freeway when she tried to apply the brakes.

Opel, General Motors' financially embattled European subsidiary, has ripped the covers from its sixth-generation Astra ahead of the car's planned debut at the Frankfurt motor show in September. The five-door hatchback traditionally is one of Europe's best-selling models and originally was expected to play an important role in the Saturn lineup in the United States. Under GM's pared-down lineup, the Astra's Delta 2 chassis is likely provide the underpinnings for a small Buick, initially in China, and then in the United States, depending on market conditions.
