This product carries a 90 day replacement warranty, The warranty does not protect against abuse, misuse, or negligence of the operator and or installation. In the rare case that an item should fail, contact us. We will then provide a return authorization number and prepaid return shipping label. All returns must include a return authorization number. Returns that do not include a return authorization will not be accepted. Upon return of a defective item, a replacement will be shipped at no charge. A defective item can only be exchanged for the same item. No refunds will be given on a defective return.
INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
If you should receive an item that you did not order, please contact us via email. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item. Upon return, we will ship the correct item at no charge.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
