Pagani Zonda F Cinque – er, no it’s not!
Fri, 06 Mar 2009The mysterious 'Zonda F Cinque' - which is actually a Regular Zonda Cinque But we are still to see the Zonda Cinque (which is essentially a tamed-down Zonda R for the road) in the wild, and probably because of that the car sites around the world were full of a mysterious ‘Zonda F Cinque’ that was going to turn up at the Geneva Motor Show. But we had our doubts. We have pretty good contacts at Pagani, and although we knew that the Pagani coming to Geneva was in fact the Cinque (as well as the Zonda R) we wanted to work out where the rumour came from.
Time Warp Volvo 340 To Sell At Auction
Wed, 26 Mar 2014IF you’re not a fan of modern cars then a ‘time warp’ Volvo 340 that’s surfaced after years of inaction could be the car for you. On the bill at a forthcoming classic car sale at Anglia Car Auctions on Saturday April 5th, this 132 mile Volvo hasn’t even been run in and, according to the auction house, comes complete with that distinctive new car smell. The car was bought brand new from Lancaster Volvo and was barely used by the original owner.
Nissan LEAF EV: Euro sales start – UK in September
Fri, 30 Jul 2010The Nissan Leaf goes on sale in the UK in September We recently reported that the Nissan Leaf has exceeded all expectations after going on sale in Japan and the US, managing to acquire 19,000 orders in the briefest of time – twice the planned annual rate of production. We half expected that news – great though it is for Nissan – to delay the launch of the Nissan Leaf in Europe. After all, if you’ve already taken orders for twice as many cars as you can produce in the first year you’d think you’d get production ramped up before you start taking more orders.
