I do combine shipping!

International buyers - USPS is the ONLY shipping option - please email for shipping costs prior to bidding.

______________________________________________________

Paypal is the ONLY form of payment accepted.

I usually am in contact with the buyer within the first 24 hours - if you do not hear from me, please feel free to email me. I do need to hear from you within 3 days of the end of the auction.

I ship every day and prefer USPS or UPS Ground (US ONLY). I do NOT have access to Fed EX. In most cases, I will give you the options for shipping - the charges will be actual with no handling fees attached.

I do expect payment within 10 days. If I don't receive payment within the 10 days, I will email you using the eBay invoice option to check the status and your intentions to complete the auction. If I do NOT get a response with 48 hours of that email - I will relist the item and begin the Non-Paying Buyer Process.

Insurance on your purchase is entirely up to you. I have been known to over pack the items - I do take protecting your purchase very serious. If your purchase is NOT insured and it is lost or stolen - I can not be responsible.

If an item is grossly misrepresented - I will work with the buyer to resolve the misrepresentation. I always leave feedback - usually within the month of the purchase. I "always" combine shipping and offer the most reasonable shipping options.

Please be sure and check my other auctions.

Ford Grand C-Max at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

Tue, 15 Sep 2009

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 15 September 2009 09:00 Ford showed off the seven-seat Grand C-Max at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show - marking the first time the Blue Oval has nudged into the territory hogged by Renault (Grand Scenic) and Vauxhall (Zafira). The new Ford Grand C-Max has sliding doors, another first for the Blue Oval in this segment, to help passengers climbing into the two rows of rear seats. No more excuses for dinged door panels in car parks!

Ferrari Exhibit: Cavallino Rampante

Tue, 21 Oct 2008

On the weekend of October 11, the San Diego Automotive Museum celebrated its 20th Anniversary by hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a special exhibit, Ferrari: Cavallino Rampante - Italy's Prancing Horse. The Saturday evening event was the grand opening reception for 15 rare Ferraris on exhibit, joined by designs created by retired automobile designers and local high school students.  The extravagant evening celebration also served as a finale of two-day Ferrari Road Rally event, inviting owners of Ferraris from various eras to show their cars - which ranged from a 1967 275 GTB and 1968 Dino to a 360 Challenge Stradale. Over a dozen Ferraris parked in front of the museum served as a pleasant prelude to some of marque's memorable examples displayed inside: a collection of rare Ferraris that includes a 1952 212 Europa, 1955 250 Boano Prototipo, 1956 250 GT Zagato, 1957 250 Testarossa, 1959 410 Super America and 1965 275 GTB/Competizione.

McLaren MP4-12C GT3 (2011) track testing begins

Fri, 11 Mar 2011

McLaren has begun testing its latest track weapon, the MP4-12C GT3 ahead of the 2012 FIA GT3 season.  How different is the MP4-12C GT3 from the roadgoing edition? The MP4-12C GT3 is based on the standard machine but modified for FIA GT racing by McLaren GT - a joint venture between McLaren Automotive and CRS Racing, a UK-based team currently competing in FIA GT with Ferrari F430s.  Externally you'll notice the race-spec fixed rear wing, undertray diffuser, front splitter, louvres and vents. Underneath there's a new suspension system, ditching the road car's linked suspension for FIA-compliant conventional dampers and anti-roll bars. Akebono is supplying race-specific brake components, and Bosch Motorsport has installed its ABS system. The car sits 100mm wider on its new suspension and has suitably flared bodywork as a result.  It's still the McLaren's bespoke 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, tuned for racing.
