Vic Auto Parts uses Fastway Couriers as a shipping mode to most major cities in Australia. If you are in a regional area we will use Australia Post. If you are looking to pickup your item, we are based in Ferntree Gully in Victoria.
Vic Auto Parts also ships overseas, cost will be confirmed once you contact us. Although not preferred, we can post to PO boxes.
Items are normally dispatched on the same day your payment goes through, and shipping normally takes 1-2 business days, with full trackingavailable.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:
We always strive to keep sufficient stock, however there is a chance we might run out of stock.
If this is the case then we will contact you and offer an alternate item, notify you of lead time, or offer you a refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DUTY:
Please bear in mind that international orders will be dispatched from Melbourne.
Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
POSTAGE ADDRESS:
Once item is dispatched, item cannot be retrieved. If you purchase via this website, your eBay postage address is the ONLY postage address we use for the delivery. It is buyers' responsibility to check the accuracy of the delivery address before item is shipped. For international buyers, please refer to the "International orders & duty" section above.
Should item be returned due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, extra postage charges may apply to buyers to resend the item.
EXPRESS POST SERVICE:
The express post service costs $10.00
The Express Post network offered by Australia Post covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. Before choosing Express Post, please go to Australia Post website and check if your address is within Express Post network.
If by any chance your address doesn’t fall within the network for Express Post, and you have paid the extra $10.00, we cannot refund you that money.
Change-of-mind
Vic Auto Parts offers a 30 day return policy in case of change of mind. If the product is not faulty and matches the description we provide, we need to receive the item back WITHIN 30 days, in its original condition.
Buyer to pay for the item to be resent to themselves, and for sending item back to us. Once received we will provide a full or partial refund. A valid tracking number is to be provided.
Exchange
If you purchased the wrong item, and wish to exchange the product for a higher or lower value item, you can send back the products in itsoriginal condition and package, depending on the complexity of the case, we may require you to cancel the original orders or pay (or being paid back) for the difference in order to complete the exchange. Please note you will need to pay for the return postage fees.
Defects or faults:
Where your product has arrived damaged, you will need to first send us a picture of it. We can then accept the item back and investigate.
If it ends up being our fault then we will give a full refund, including an return postage costs.

12 month National wide warranty:
Unless otherwise stated, products listed and sold by Vic Auto Parts come with a 12 month warranty.
This warranty is given by Vic Auto Parts for the items described in our listings.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, as a consumer, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement or repair for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably loss or damage within ordinary cause of business. Partial refund agreed by consumer may be less than the purchase price if deemed to have completed the claim.
Make the claim:
Preferably, you can contact us via eBay message or send us an email. When the claim is received, our customer service will consider each claim on a case by case basis and if required, photo of proof may be requested by us to complete the claim. Where the item is defective or not as described, we will pay for the item to be sent back to us.
Warranty period commences on the date the payment is fully received by us. Your products may contain warranty documents inside the product packaging provided. Any such warranty papers are not given by us will not void the warranty entitlement on the products.
Vic Auto Parts does not provide any refund, replacement, exchange or resend items with the following conditions:
Product was damaged by using it in a way it was not meant to be used.
Product was stolen or damaged due to wear and tear.
You have had a defect drawn to your attention before you purchased the product.
You changed your mind and wish to return used, unsalable products which is free from manufacturing defects or faults.
Products are not purchased from us
Claimed Products are found to be in good working order.
Faulty products returned in exchange for a higher value of products
If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, Vic Auto Parts reserves the right to seek reimbursement for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods. In such event, we may hold your goods until payment is received.
