This is an original remote keyless entry produced by the factory. It works on the 2001-2005 CHEVROLET IMPALA and 2001-2005 CADILLAC DEVILLE, all models with factory remote keyless entry. This remote can be programmed to your vehicle by you, if you are buying it because you need it for an Impala. For instructions, go to your favorite search engine and put in keywords like "program....your....remote" and you will find them. If you are buying it for a 01-05 Deville, you will need to take it to a dealer to program it.
