I have a set of MMP 136 rail extensions in excellent condition off a  2002 Polaris pro x 600.  ,This will fit many applications. Part # MM-E9-55. Please do your research to make sure this fits your Polaris. This will extend your 121 inch suspension to a 136 suspension. You will need to bolt your rear wheel pusher bolts onto the extension to adjust your track tension.
