Up for sale is a used transfer case shift motor from my personal 2003 Dodge Durango R/T.  This shift motor will fit 2003 Durangos, 03-04 Dakotas, and 03-05 Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 trucks.

Why buy this one? Because it is a good fully tested unit. I replaced this shift motor with a rebuilt one, only to find that my no lights on the dash switch was actually caused by a plug not being reconnected on the back of the switch when a new stereo was installed.

Plugged back into the harness at the transfer case, this one works perfectly.  Rather than send a perfectly good unit back for the core credit, I'd let someone else have a good unit for cheap. Why take a chance on an untested used wrecking yard unit, buy this one.

No fancy graphics or dazzles on my ads, but check my feedback and bid with confidence.  I don't sell often, but when I do, buyers are very happy.

Free shipping will be by USPS Parcel Post (2-8 day) to Paypal confirmed addresses only in the US only.  I've included a Priority Mail (2-3 day) shipping option as well.

I will ship this item to Canada. Shipping weight is 3lbs 8 ounces. I have included First Class Mail International Package and Priority Mail Flat Rate box options at checkout.

I will combine shipping.  Shipping is always actual cost.  Bid on as many items as you like, and I will send you a combined shipping invoice.

Payment by Paypal only.  It works, I pay the fee, and you get your item shipped faster.  I will ship the same or next business day after I receive your payment, and will e-mail you with the USPS Delivery Confirmation number.

If you have any questions, please e-mail me.  Thanks!

'American Nitro' is back!

Wed, 09 Apr 2014

"Seventies drag-race mayhem is back!" bills "American Nitro," a schlocky drive-in exploitation film whose only quote of praise, from a dog-eared period issue of "Car Craft," reads, simply, "SPECTACULAR CRASHES!" Director Bill Kimberlin says that he made "American Nitro" in 1979 as a response to Tom Wolfe's influential 1965 essay, "The Kandy-Kolored Tangerine-Flake Streamline Baby." "I was just getting out of high school in a small town in Northern California when Wolfe's book came out," he said. "Nitro came about as my response to the car culture I was exposed to in the small valley town of Boonville, Calif. Instead of 'American Graffiti,' I made 'American Nitro.'" A fitting comparison, in fact, considering Kimberlin later worked for George Lucas at ILM, starting with" Return of the Jedi." Now the movie is being released on DVD for the first time -- beware of bootlegs, warns the website -- and digitally remastered, while retaining the explosive charm and goofy narration of the 1979 original.

Iconic VW camper reaches the end of the road

Tue, 31 Dec 2013

VOLKSWAGEN has finally ended production of its iconic Kombi, which has provided the base for countless campervans. The last VW Kombi rolled off the production line in Brazil on 20 December, which brought to a close the longest continuous running production life of any vehicle ever in the world. After 63 years in production, more than 3.5 million Kombis have been built in Germany and Brazil.

Mini Boosts Multimedia Appeal With Gopro Filming App

Fri, 13 Jun 2014

THE Mini has never been camera-shy, but now the brand’s latest models can get themselves on camera easier than ever before. In what’s being touted as a world first for a car brand, a new Mini Connected App enables GoPro cameras to be controlled via the dashboard – meaning shooting a film is now as easy as changing a song on the audio unit. This makes it possible to start shooting with a camera mounted on or inside the car while travelling.
