What are the shipping method?
All shipments are made via UPS or USPS depending on size. Majority of our orders will be ship within 2 business days (mostly within 24hrs)

We are required by law to collect 9% Sales Tax for all California customers.

Combine shipping? There is a 10% discount on the total shipping cost. No combine shipping will be allow after 7 days of your first auctions.

All payment are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder Alert if the payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended.

Please be sure to ask all questions prior to bidding. When you bid, you are obligating yourself to the auction in the event that you win.

Return Policy:

Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt, all sales are final and sold as is, we only issue an exchange/refund if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped within 14 days after received. Please contact us by email within 14 days for exchange/refund. All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 20% restocking fees will be charged.

We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers.

No exchange or return if products have been altered, modified, installed or painted. Please test fit before install or paint it. In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved.

Any item that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there is no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee for the item price of the item.

For all returns or exchange, buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is returned after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection.

All our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damage during transit. Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 3 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 3 days, NO EXCEPTION.
