Customers are full responsible for returning back the merchandise, on their expense. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable! Mostof the products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price minus our shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us. Return shipping cost is a responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping

We ship by UPS, USPS, FedEx and regional freight carriers; local pickup is also available.

• All engines, transmissions, and other large or heavy items will be shipped freight: no exceptions. Freight shipments must be delivered to a business address with a loading dock or fork lift access. Residential area and/or lift gate service will be extra charge unless you can pick up the item from the local terminal.

• Shipping price for this item is to the Lower 48 only. Please contact the seller for shipping quotes to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, US Territories, etc.

• Shipping MUST be made to a physical address; PO Boxes and Military Boxes are not accepted.

• Shipments will be made only to the shipping address provided by PayPal; no changes can be made to the shipping address after it has been provided by PayPal, so ensure your address is correct in PayPal before making your purchase.

• Please provide your information (ZIP code, residential or business zone) to calculate shipping costs to your home or business.

• Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

Warranty

Standard 30-day warranty on all parts

• All parts are tested after removal from the vehicle. Reasons for return are non-functional items or items that differ substantially from the description only.

• Before making your purchase, YOU MUST verify fitment. Please do your research before buying, as we do NOT guarantee fitment or provide installation instructions.

• We sell used auto parts; light cosmetic damage such as scuffs, scratches, or other imperfections are possible. Damage items will be noted as such in the item description please review before purchase.

• All engines and transmissions are warranted to be in good running order unless otherwise stated.

• Engines must have new front and rear main seals, oil, and filter installed; in the event a warranty claim is made, the customer MUST provide dealer verification upon request.

• No labor warranty

• This warranty does not cover attached items or accessories, such as water pumps, fuel pumps, carburetors, distributors, computers, etc.

• Warranty is VOID if heat tabs are melted or removed.

• All our parts have marks/hologram security stickers, stamps; please make sure that returns arrive to us in the same condition in which you received it. Returns will be VOID if marks or security labels are removed.

B = 2 or less units of damage but more than 1
C = more than 2 units of damage

Mechanical Part Grading

A = Less than or equal to 60k miles, or greater than 60k miles but less than or equal to 200k miles and less than or equal to 15k miles per year
B = Greater than 60k miles and less than or equal to 200k miles but greater than 15k miles per year
C = Greater than 200k miles
