GM sets price on Chevrolet Corvette Competition Sport package

Be prepared to spend $55,655 for a Corvette coupe with the 1LT trim level and the Competition Sport package. Adding the package to the Corvette Z06 with the 1LZ trim brings the bottom line to $74,775.

Designed at Ford's California-based Strategic Concept Group under the direction of Freeman Thomas, the concept demonstrates that a compact car can also be pragmatic and functional. "I'm an enthusiast of minimalism but it should not be cold," Thomas said of the design when we met him in Beijing.
