I have a used 05 gsxr 1000 engine off a bike that had 494 miles the story on the bike is the owner dropped the bike 5 times in the first 2 days of ownership. The bike had the plastics and tank taken off for repairs and never put back together. Look at the photo of the speedo and you can see the mileage. I have a video of me starting engine before removal. The LH flywheel cover has road rash. The rh cover has a small scratch also. The engine is not damaged at all. This engine has never even had the oil changed! This is a virgin engine that has never been apart. The engine includes the intake header and wiring harness. I have the rest of the bike if any other item would be needed. I am not selling the rest of the parts until the engine has been sold. This bike has no title. The plastics and tank are junk. If you need additional items with the motor let me know. If you would like to see the video I can text it to you.

Studebaker trees: Dead company, living advertisement

Thu, 28 Apr 2011

Some of you may have seen this already; it’s been popular on the map sites for a while. But those who don’t know about Bendix Woods County Park west of South Bend, Ind., feast your eyes on 5,000 pine trees, planted in 1937, spelling Studebaker when viewed from high enough. Bendix Woods park was formerly the Studebaker proving grounds, and much of the track surface is still visible in satellite photos.
