Last year, Mercedes-Benz USA was working out a lease on a huge 1.1-million square-foot former aircraft factory across the street from the Long Beach Airport that used to build DC-10s, MD-80s and Boeing 717s. Yo-Auto Yo-Concept

Yo-Auto, a new Russian car manufacturer, is due to reveal its Yo-Concept at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show. The company is taking pre-orders for its range of hybrid vehicles, anticipated for release in 2012, which consists of a coupe, hatchback and a truck. Although it has been confirmed that the car will not make the jump to production, it is understood that Yo-Auto hopes the vehicle will lead the way in the future of car design.
