The 4.6 Liter V8 is a great engine from the factory. It just needs to be dolled up a bit to create an extra clean look. The factory typically does not do this because it would add to the cost to build the car and therefore to the selling price. In today's competitive market manufacturers want to keep the base price low enough to be competitive with other makes and models.
We have put together a dress up kit that can take your Mustang's 4.6L engine compartment to a whole new level in an afternoon's work. We included a gas operated spring hood lift kit.
